• 日本国内の銀行、証券会社、保険会社、その他金融機関との戦略的なリレーションシップを構築・強化
• シニアクライアントとの対話をリードし、資金調達、投資、流動性、決済などのニーズを把握して新規ビジネス機会を発掘
• コーポレートバンキング、トランザクションバンキング、グローバルマーケッツ、インベストメントバンキングの商品・サービスを提案し、クロスセルを推進

Join a leading global financial institution as a VP FIG Relationship Manager, managing and expanding relationships with major banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in Japan.

This senior client-facing role sits at the intersection of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Coverage, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Global Markets, and Investment Banking. You will lead strategic client discussions, identify new revenue opportunities, and coordinate specialists across the bank to deliver integrated financial solutions.

With access to a global banking platform, you will help clients address complex financing, liquidity, payments, investment, and risk management requirements while strengthening the bank's FIG franchise in Japan.

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with major banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in Japan.
• Lead senior-level client discussions to understand financing, investment, liquidity, and broader banking requirements and identify new business opportunities.
• Originate and cross-sell solutions across Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Global Markets, and Investment Banking.
• Develop opportunities across lending, cash management, payments, liquidity management, trade finance, foreign exchange, derivatives, and Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
• Lead client planning and coordinate product specialists to deliver integrated solutions through the bank's regional and global platform.
• Analyse clients' financial performance, business strategies, credit profiles, and industry developments to support relationship and business decisions.
• Monitor financial sector, regulatory, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate across product, regional, credit, and global teams to deepen institutional relationships and grow the overall FIG business in Japan.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• FIGカバレッジ、コーポレートバンキング、インベストメントバンキング、トランザクションバンキングまたは関連する金融サービス分野での実務経験6〜10年程度
• 銀行、証券会社、保険会社、その他金融機関のリレーションシップを担当した経験
• 法人金融商品、融資、クレジット分析・与信審査プロセスに関する十分な知識
• キャッシュマネジメント、トレードファイナンス、外国為替、デリバティブ、キャピタルマーケッツ、証券サービスなどの金融商品に関する経験
• 複雑な金融機関クライアントを担当し、複数のプロダクト・リージョナルチームを横断して案件を推進した経験

• シニアクライアントとの信頼関係を築けるリレーションシップマネジメント能力
• クライアントミーティングをリードできる優れたコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーション能力
• 顧客ニーズを掘り下げ、新たな収益機会を見極める分析力とビジネス判断力
• プロダクト、リージョナル、グローバルチームと円滑に協働できる能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 外資系銀行または日系メガバンクでのFIGバンカー経験
• 債券・Fixed Incomeまたはグローバルマーケッツ営業の経験

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in FIG Coverage, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, or a related financial services role.
• Strong experience managing relationships with banks, securities firms, insurance companies, or other financial institutions.
• Good understanding of corporate banking products, lending, credit analysis, and credit approval processes.
• Experience across financial products such as cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange, derivatives, capital markets, and securities services.
• Proven ability to manage complex institutional client relationships and coordinate effectively across multiple product and regional teams.
• Experience identifying, originating, and cross-selling financial solutions based on institutional client requirements.

• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead strategic client discussions.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to identify opportunities and assess complex client requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, regional, and global teams.
• Commercial and proactive mindset with a strong focus on developing long-term institutional relationships.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level for regional and global collaboration.

• Experience as a FIG Banker within a global bank or Japanese megabank.
• Experience covering banks, securities companies, insurers, or other institutional financial clients.
• Alternatively, relevant experience in Fixed Income or Global Markets Sales.
• Broad product exposure across Transaction Banking, Markets, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking.
• Experience working within an international financial institution and coordinating cross-border client solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
