【業務内容】
・複数拠点におけるITインフラおよびネットワーク環境の運用・保守
・LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / VPN / Firewall / Routing / Switching / SD-WAN環境の構築・トラブルシューティング
・CiscoおよびMeraki製品の設定、監視、障害対応
・インフラ障害の調査、原因分析（RCA）、問題解決までの対応
・ネットワーク関連プロジェクトおよびインフラ改善施策への参画
・L2レベルのインフラサポートおよびユーザー向け技術支援
・Windows Server、Active Directory、Microsoft 365環境のサポート
・PC、モバイル端末、IT資産管理およびライフサイクル管理
・ファームウェア更新、パッチ管理、セキュリティ基準に沿った環境維持
・ベンダー、通信キャリア、グローバルITチームとの調整
・技術ドキュメント、運用手順書の作成および改善活動

【Company Overview】
A global luxury watches and jewelry company is seeking an experienced L2 Technical Infrastructure & Network Engineer to support its Japan IT operations.

This role is responsible for maintaining and improving infrastructure environments across offices and retail locations, including network operations, security support, endpoint management, and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional and global IT teams, working in an international environment where both technical expertise and communication skills are highly valued.

【Key Responsibilities】

Operate, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure and network environments across multiple locations

Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies

Support Cisco and Meraki network solutions, including configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution

Perform technical investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues

Provide Level 2 infrastructure support and technical assistance to internal users

Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments

Manage endpoint devices, mobility environments, and IT asset lifecycle processes

Coordinate firmware upgrades, patch management, and security compliance activities

Work with vendors, telecommunications providers, and global IT teams

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives

応募資格（必須）

・4-5年以上のネットワークインフラ、システム管理、またはITサポート経験
・LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / VPN / Firewall / Routing / Switchingに関する実務経験
・CiscoおよびMeraki環境の運用・トラブルシューティング経験
・複数拠点環境（リテール、支店、グローバル企業など）のITサポート経験
・障害調査、原因分析（RCA）、問題解決能力
・Windows Server、Active Directory、Microsoft 365の基本的な管理経験
・IT資産管理、ハードウェアライフサイクル管理経験
・ベンダーや通信キャリアとの調整経験
・英語を使用したグローバルチームとのコミュニケーション経験
・基本的なPowerShellスクリプト作成経験歓迎
・セキュリティ、バックアップ、災害復旧（DR）、BCPに関する基礎知識

Requirements

4-5+ years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure, systems administration, or IT technical support

Strong practical knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies

Experience with Cisco and Meraki network environments

Experience supporting multi-site infrastructure environments (retail, branch, or enterprise environments preferred)

Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in root cause analysis (RCA)

Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration

Experience with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle processes

Ability to coordinate with vendors, telecom providers, and external partners

Professional English communication skills for collaboration with global teams

Basic PowerShell scripting and automation experience is a plus

Understanding of IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity fundamentals
