Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nighttime hotel operations ensuring guest satisfaction and safety
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and emergencies
• Inspect facilities and monitor security during night shifts
• Review daily reports and balance revenue records
• Lead hotel operations as the senior night leader

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese (mandatory)
• Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel night audit
• Experience with hotel management software like Opera or Protel is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong leadership skills for managing night operations
• Experience in guest relations and handling emergencies

• 英語と日本語のバイリンガル流暢さ（必須）
• ラグジュアリーまたはライフスタイルホテルのナイトオーディットの経験
• OperaやProtelなどのホテル管理ソフトウェアの経験があれば望ましいが、必須ではない
• ホスピタリティにおける持続可能性の実践に関する知識があれば望ましいが、必須ではない
• 夜間シフトで働く能力
• 夜間運営を管理するための強力なリーダーシップスキル
• ゲスト対応や緊急事態の処理経験
