Country Manager – Korea | Data Center & Building Solutions

About the Opportunity

A global provider of integrated technology and security solutions to appoint a Country Manager / General Manager for its Korea business.

This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving business growth, leading a local team, managing P&L performance, and developing long-term market expansion strategies.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead an established Korea operation while playing a key role in its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

• Drive overall business performance and P&L accountability

• Develop and execute strategic business plans

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities

• Identify opportunities for business expansion and market growth

Commercial Development

• Develop relationships with key customers and partners

• Support major commercial opportunities and contract negotiations

• Expand market share and strengthen customer engagement

Team Management

• Lead and develop a local team of approximately 15-20 employees

• Foster a high-performance culture

• Coach and mentor team leaders and individual contributors

• Support operational problem-solving and business execution

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with regional and global leadership teams

• Represent the Korea business within APAC leadership discussions

• Ensure alignment between local execution and global objectives

Ideal Background

• Experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, Business Unit Head, or similar leadership role

• Strong P&L ownership experience

• Proven success driving business growth and commercial performance

• Experience managing cross-functional teams

• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capability

• Ability to balance strategic leadership with a hands-on management style

• Experience working within multinational organizations

Requirements
