Our client, a global business and technology transformation partner, is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in Central Tokyo. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Japan office
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs
• Build strong talent pipelines using diverse sourcing methods
• Design market-relevant hiring strategies for local talent
• Represent company externally to strengthen employer brand

Requirements:

• 5+ years recruitment experience in fast-paced organizations
• Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Experience in consulting or digital industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in employer branding activities is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong project management skills
