• クラウド移行、ITインフラ導入、運用設計を含む各種インフラプロジェクトをリード
• プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、予算、品質、およびSLA（サービスレベル契約）を管理
• プロジェクト目標・KPIを策定し、実現に向けたロードマップを作成・推進
• プロジェクト計画の策定、WBS（Work Breakdown Structure）の作成、リソース管理を実施
• 社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、円滑なプロジェクト推進と合意形成を実現
• プロジェクトにおけるリスクや課題を特定・分析し、適切な対応策を実行
• プロジェクトの進捗状況を管理し、関係者へ定期的に報告
• 継続的な改善活動を推進し、プロジェクトマネジメントの品質向上に貢献

Join the Cloud & Infrastructure Division of a leading global financial institution as a Haken Infrastructure Project Manager. In this role, you will lead complex IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and enterprise transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Working with both local and global stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving business-critical technology initiatives that support one of the world's most respected investment banking organizations.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Infrastructure Project Managers, Cloud Project Managers, and IT Transformation Professionals looking to work in a large-scale enterprise environment within the financial services sector.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including cloud migration, infrastructure implementation, and operations design initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Define project objectives, KPIs, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Develop detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely decision-making.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project performance and communicate status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices across infrastructure programs.

• ITインフラの設計、構築、導入、運用に関する深い知識と経験
• 日本語・英語の技術文書を正確に読解できる能力
• 金融業界または大規模エンタープライズ環境での経験があれば歓迎

• 10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven success delivering multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, migration, and operational environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Experience working within large enterprise or financial services environments is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies and IT service management frameworks.
• Experience working within banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple regions.
