職務内容：
 

• 企業法務および商業法務に関する法的助言を提供する
• ビジネス契約のレビュー、作成および交渉を行う
• 法的リスクおよび運営上のリスクを特定・管理する
• コンプライアンスおよび規制問題に関する社内関係者をサポートする
• 外部法律顧問と連携する
• 国際チームと共同で法的プロジェクトを推進する

応募資格：
 

• 日本での法務経験5年以上
• 日本の法的資格または同等の実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語のコミュニケーション能力
• 商業契約の作成および交渉経験
• 企業法務、規制、コンプライアンス、または商業法務の知識
• 多国籍企業や国際的な法務環境での経験があれば尚可

Our client, a global leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Senior Counsel to support a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters. Key Responsibilities:


- Provide legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate business agreements
- Identify and manage legal and operational risks
- Support internal stakeholders on compliance and regulatory matters
- Coordinate with external legal advisors
- Collaborate with international teams on legal initiatives


Qualifications:


- 5+ years of legal experience in Japan
- Japanese legal qualification or equivalent practical legal experience
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Knowledge of corporate, regulatory, compliance, or commercial legal matters
- Experience in multinational organizations or international legal environments is preferred but not mandatory
