Position: Sales Engineer

Our client is a well-established Japanese electronics trading company with a strong presence across Asia. The company specializes in semiconductor devices, electronic components, and technical solutions, serving customers in the automotive, industrial, and electronics sectors.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for both business development and technical support activities. 
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

• Promote semiconductor devices and electronic components to customers across automotive, industrial, and electronics industries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.

• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.

• Support customers with product selection, design-in activities, and technical inquiries.

• Handle customer feedback and quality-related concerns while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.

• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or related fields.

• Experience in Semiconductor, Electronic Components, Electronics Manufacturing, PCB, EMS, or related industries.

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Field Application Engineer (FAE), Application Engineer, Technical Sales, or related positions.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices and electronic components.

• Good command of English.
