PR/119777 | IT Support (MES)

We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a factory environment. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring smooth system operations on the production floor, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support for MES applications used in manufacturing operations

• Identify system issues, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate fixes

• Work closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Database, Application) and liaise with external vendors when necessary

• Maintain system stability and ensure timely resolution of user-reported problems

• Handle other assignments as delegated by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline

• 2+ years' experience in IT support or system administration, preferably within a manufacturing or electronics environment

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and system-level commands

• Knowledge of technologies such as .NET, MS SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with manufacturing-related systems (MES, ERP, RPA) and strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and English communication skills
