Position:   Technical Supervisor Car Inspection (Japanese Speaking)

Salary:       40,000 – 60,000THB +/- (Negotiable) 

Location:   Bangkok

Our client is a specialized automotive business focusing on car resale and second-hand vehicle trading. They also provide international vehicle inspection services, ensuring quality and compliance for cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage vehicle inspection processes for used cars

• Ensure all inspections meet international standards and company guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners (especially Japanese stakeholders)

• Review inspection reports and ensure accuracy and quality control

• Provide technical guidance and support to inspection staff

• Communicate inspection results and technical details in Japanese and Thai/English

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to vehicle condition and inspection

   

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, or related fields. 

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle inspection

• Experience in car inspection, automotive service, or related field

• Willing and able to participate in overseas training in Japan for approximately 6 months (±)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

• Experience in second-hand car business or international inspection is a plus
