Job Description
Position: Technical Supervisor Car Inspection (Japanese Speaking)
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Bangkok
Our client is a specialized automotive business focusing on car resale and second-hand vehicle trading. They also provide international vehicle inspection services, ensuring quality and compliance for cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage vehicle inspection processes for used cars
Ensure all inspections meet international standards and company guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners (especially Japanese stakeholders)
Review inspection reports and ensure accuracy and quality control
Provide technical guidance and support to inspection staff
Communicate inspection results and technical details in Japanese and Thai/English
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to vehicle condition and inspection
Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle inspection
Experience in car inspection, automotive service, or related field
Willing and able to participate in overseas training in Japan for approximately 6 months (±)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
Experience in second-hand car business or international inspection is a plus
