A leading global financial institution is seeking a Data Governance Lead to drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives across risk management, regulatory reporting, and data management functions.

This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance frameworks, improving data quality controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams. • Develop and execute enterprise-wide data governance strategies and frameworks.
• Lead initiatives related to BCBS239, RDARR, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Establish and strengthen data ownership, accountability, and governance structures.
• Drive data quality management, controls, and remediation initiatives.
• Partner with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to enhance data governance practices.
• Monitor and improve data management processes across critical business functions.
• Provide reporting and updates to executive management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

• Support enterprise transformation initiatives involving data governance, analytics, and AI adoption.

• 規制対象金融機関におけるデータガバナンス、データ管理、データ品質管理、またはデータ統制業務の実務経験
• BCBS239、RDARR、規制報告に関する経験
• データガバナンスフレームワーク（ポリシー、標準、統制、データオーナーシップ等）の導入・運用経験
• データ品質課題の管理、改善施策の推進、およびシニアステークホルダー向けレポーティング経験
• ピープルマネジメント経験

• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality Management, Data Controls, or related functions within a regulated financial institution.
• Strong experience with BCBS239, RDARR, regulatory reporting, and banking data governance requirements.
• Experience implementing and operating data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, controls, and data ownership models.
• Experience managing data quality issues, remediation programs, and governance reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within complex banking or financial services environments.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, and senior executives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams.
