Join one of the world's most prestigious MBB strategy consulting firms as an Associate Partner, Performance Improvement, leading large-scale transformation programs for top-tier clients across multiple industries.

This executive-level position focuses on delivering measurable business impact through cost optimization, operational excellence, business transformation, procurement transformation, supply chain improvement, finance transformation, and performance improvement initiatives. You will work directly with C-suite executives, lead complex consulting engagements, and play a critical role in developing future consulting leaders.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale performance improvement and transformation engagements.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コンサルティングファーム（ティア１）、または事業会社における10年以上の実務経験
• コスト最適化、経営／業務変革（Transformation）、リーンオペレーション、調達、財務・会計、サプライチェーン等の領域において、定量的な成果を創出した実績
• 戦略コンサルティングファームにおけるAssociate Partner／Principal／Director相当の経験、または同等の責任範囲を持つ事業会社でのマネジメント経験
• 複数のワークストリームを統括したプロジェクトマネジメント経験

• 卓越したリーダーシップおよびピープルマネジメント能力
• 経営層に対する高いプレゼンスと影響力
• 複雑な組織変革を推進するチェンジマネジメント能力

• 日本語：流暢

• 10+ years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting and/or senior industry leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale performance improvement and transformation programs.
• Strong experience in cost optimization, operational transformation, lean operations, procurement, finance transformation, supply chain management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements and managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.
