Our client, a luxury hotel in Osaka, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead international corporate sales efforts. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and own the international corporate book from the ground up, focusing on foreign-capital companies.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• - Identify and acquire new international corporate accounts
• - Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, contracts
• - Cross-sell banquet and event space with accommodation
• - Attend international trade shows and roadshows
• - Negotiate rates and manage account renewals

• 新規国際法人顧客の開拓と獲得
• 営業プロセス全体の管理：見込み顧客の発掘、提案、交渉、契約
• 宿泊と合わせて宴会・イベントスペースのクロスセル
• 国際的なトレードショーやロードショーへの参加
• 料金交渉や契約更新の管理

Qualifications:
 

• - 5+ years B2B business travel sales experience
• - Business-level English for negotiation and presentations (non-negotiable)
• - Business-level Japanese
• - Experience in international hotel chain, TMC, GDS, or travel management
• - Experience managing contract terms, cancellation conditions, payment structures
• - Experience with CRM software preferred.
• - Ability to attend international trade shows and roadshows

• 5年以上のB2B法人営業経験（ビジネストラベル分野）
• 交渉やプレゼンテーションが可能なビジネスレベルの英語力（必須）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 国際ホテルチェーン、TMC、GDS、またはトラベルマネジメントでの経験
• 契約条件、キャンセルポリシー、支払い構造の管理経験
• CRMソフトウェアの使用経験があれば尚可
• 国際的なトレードショーやロードショーへの参加能力
