Key Responsibilities:


- Develop long-term L&D strategies aligned with business goals
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires
- Plan and operate leadership development initiatives
- Build learning architectures and development roadmaps
- Select and leverage LMS platforms for learning resources
- Collaborate with HR to align talent strategies
- Support employees transitioning from other industries


Qualifications:


- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience in Learning and Development (L&D)
- Experience with LMS platforms
- Experience in aerospace or related industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with talent management and development frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for survey analysis and reporting
