Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage night operations and service quality
• - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
• - Lead and support the night team
• - Coordinate with departments for smooth handovers
• - Ensure guest safety and satisfaction

• 夜間のオペレーションとサービス品質の管理
• ゲストからの問い合わせ、苦情、緊急事態の対応
• 夜間チームのリーダーシップとサポート
• 部門間のスムーズな引き継ぎの調整
• ゲストの安全と満足度の確保

Qualifications:

• - 2+ years of front desk or guest service leadership experience
• - Fluency in Japanese and English
• - Experience with Opera or similar PMS is preferred but not mandatory
• - Ability to work night shifts
• - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• 2年以上のフロントデスクまたはゲストサービスのリーダーシップ経験
• 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
• Operaや類似のPMSの経験があれば尚可
• 夜間シフト勤務が可能
• 優れた問題解決能力と意思決定能力
