Our client, a Fortune 500 global leader in technology services, is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition for their B2B team in the IT industry. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a team of five, driving recruitment strategies and operations that directly contribute to business growth. Enjoy a hybrid work setup with a primary focus on remote work and flexible office attendance in the Tokyo metropolitan area.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment strategy for B2B technology projects
- Manage and develop a team of 5 TA members
- Directly recruit for key positions in sales and technology
- Report recruitment progress to business leaders
- Collaborate with global TA team for recruitment alignment
- Optimize recruitment processes based on data analysis
- Enhance candidate experience through strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B sales models and inside sales
- Project-based recruitment experience in technology sectors
- Experience managing and leading recruitment teams
- Business-level English proficiency
- Hands-on recruitment experience, including direct sourcing
- Experience in stakeholder negotiation and coordination
- Familiarity with recruitment process optimization
