Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee daily bar operations for quality service
• - Lead and develop bar team for outstanding performance
• - Manage beverage program and ensure product knowledge
• - Monitor sales and implement revenue strategies
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• - Design and execute seasonal beverage promotions
• - Resolve guest service issues promptly

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience as Bar Manager in luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
• - Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and luxury beverage service
• - Demonstrated experience in team leadership and training
• - Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management
• - Excellent guest engagement and interpersonal communication skills
• - Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
• - Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality
