Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing, food, and beverage industry, is seeking an HRBP (Corporate) to join their strategic HR business partner team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with IT business leaders, driving mid-to-long-term talent strategies and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop long-term talent strategies for IT department
• - Collaborate with business leaders on organizational strategies
• - Advise on HR, organizational, and cultural issues
• - Support IT department's business and market understanding

• 人事、組織、文化的な課題に対するアドバイス
• IT部門のビジネスおよび市場理解の支援

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years HR experience in talent management, HR systems, ER
• - Native-level Japanese proficiency
• - Business-level English proficiency
• - Experience in HRBP roles (is preferred but not mandatory)
• - Experience in IT department HRBP roles (is preferred but not mandatory)
• - HR experience in IT or DX companies (is preferred but not mandatory)
• - Strong negotiation and communication skills

• 5年以上の人事経験（タレントマネジメント、人事システム、従業員関係）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力
• HRBP経験者（必須ではありません）
• IT部門でのHRBP経験者（必須ではありません）
• ITまたはデジタルトランスフォーメーション企業での人事経験者（必須ではありません）
• 優れた交渉力とコミュニケーション能力
