主な業務内容:

- フード＆ビバレッジ施設全体の管理・運営
- レストラン、バー、バンケット、ルームサービスのオペレーション指導
- ゲスト満足度とサービス品質の向上を推進
- 予算管理、コスト管理、財務パフォーマンスの最適化
- F&B管理チームのリーダーシップ、指導、育成
- 調理チームと協力し、メニューやコンセプトの開発
- 日常業務の円滑な実施と管理
- 衛生、安全、ブランド基準の厳守

- Oversee all food and beverage outlets
- Lead restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining operations
- Drive guest satisfaction and service quality
- Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Lead, coach, and develop F&B management teams
- Work with culinary team on menus and concepts
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards

- Proven experience in senior F&B leadership in luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of multi-outlet operations and banquet/event service
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience with luxury resort guest experience enhancement
- Familiarity with hygiene, safety, and brand standards in hospitality
- Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively
