Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR support across multiple sites or regions
- Advise leaders on aligning people strategy with business goals
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Resolve complex HR issues using in-depth knowledge
- Lead HR projects with manageable risks and resources
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders
- Serve as a resource for less experienced HR colleagues


Qualifications:

- 5+ years HR experience in multinational company
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience leading HR projects with manageable risks
- Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is preferred but not mandatory
