As an IT Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional IT initiatives, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams. This role focuses on driving innovation, managing application portfolios, and delivering high-impact projects that support organizational change and long-term business growth in a global environment.

• Lead end-to-end IT projects by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution
• Act as the key liaison between IT and business teams to align priorities and manage stakeholder communication
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, including governance, documentation, risk management, and compliance
• Manage vendors, budgets, and resources to ensure operational efficiency and project success
• Drive strategic alignment, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

必須条件経験・資格：

• ITプロジェクトのコーディネーション、ステークホルダーマネジメントなどの関連実務経験5年以上
• 複数部門を横断したプロジェクト推進およびIT導入経験
• AIツールや先進的なデジタル技術を扱った経験

• 社内外と連携できる優れたコミュニケーション力・交渉力
• 自ら手や足を動かす主体性
• 新しい考えややり方を積極的に検討するチャレンジ精神

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（読み書き・会話）

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, stakeholder management, or key account management
• Experience working with AI tools or digital technologies at an intermediate level or above
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects across multiple teams

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly motivated, proactive, and hands-on mindset
• Adaptable and open to change with a collaborative team-oriented approach

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency (spoken and written)
• English: Advanced/business-level proficiency

• Experience in banking or insurance industries
• Experience working in global or multinational environments
