Senior Accounting Manager シニア会計マネージャー - Financial Reporting (10-14m JPY, 4 days WFH)


Our client, a leading quick service restaurant chain in Japan, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their Corporate Accounting Group. This role offers the opportunity to lead financial reporting under JGAAP and USGAAP, manage relationships with auditors, and advise on business strategy from an accounting perspective. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial reporting under JGAAP and USGAAP
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors
- Advise stakeholders on accounting strategies
- Lead accounting-related projects as project manager
- Review and submit tax-related reports
- Provide financial analysis to support management decisions
- Develop team members' capabilities and performance


Qualifications:

- Japanese CPA license
- 5-10 years’ experience in Big-4 audit firms is preferred but not mandatory
- Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- Project management experience in division-wide or company-wide projects is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with JGAAP and USGAAP
- Experience in financial reporting and corporate accounting
- Ability to manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities
