Bilingual Early Childhood Education Center “Kids Duo International”
A completely new type of educational institution that combines the functions of a kindergarten and nursery school with bilingual (English/Japanese) education, intellectual development programs, sports instruction, and life skills training.
Job Description
We are seeking English-speaking instructors for our bilingual early childhood program.
Your responsibilities will include:
・Teaching English lessons to young children
・Reading picture books aloud
・Supporting various activities (dance, sports, snack/lunch time, events, etc.)
・Assisting with school operations and daily routines
Locations
■Kids Duo International Otakanomori
(2-56-4 Otakanomori Kita, Nagareyama-shi, Chiba)
Access: 12-minute walk from “Nagareyama-Otakanomori” Station (TX Line)
Work Environment: Approx. 50 staff members (native and Japanese teachers) Approx. 280 enrolled children
■Kids Duo International Shin-Urayasu
(3-26-28 Takasu, Urayasu-shi, Chiba)
Access: 10-minute bus ride from “Maihama” or “Shin-Urayasu” Station (Highasu Kaihin Park bus, get off at Takasu 3-chome)
Work Environment: Approx. 35 staff members (native and Japanese teachers) Approx. 220 enrolled children
Employment Type
Fixed-term contract employee (1-year contract from start date) 3-month probation period (no change in duties or conditions)
Salary
Monthly salary: ¥250,000+ (based on ability)
Expected annual income: ¥3,000,000+
Transportation allowance: Fully covered
Bonus: None
Salary increase: Once per year
