Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly P&L reports explaining variances
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting using Hyperion
- Manage Net Sales and A&P line items
- Provide financial data for expense management improvements
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports using Power BI
- Coordinate annual budget processes
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for management


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in FMCG industry or similar field
- Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
- Proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting
- Experience with Hyperion for budgeting and forecasting
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis
- Experience in sales forecasting and product profitability analysis
- Ability to act as a business partner to internal stakeholders
