Our client is a highly reputable Japanese consulting firm, well known for supporting Japanese and multinational corporations with strategic, operational, and business advisory services. As part of their continued expansion in Thailand, they are seeking a Japanese Speaking Associate Consultant to join their professional consulting team.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who are keen to build a long-term career in consulting while working in a Japanese-English bilingual environment.

Role Summary

As an Associate Consultant, you will support senior consultants and project managers in delivering consulting engagements to Japanese clients. You will be involved in research, analysis, reporting, and client communication, gaining broad exposure to real consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects for Japanese corporate clients across various industries

• Conduct research, data analysis, and market studies

• Prepare project materials, reports, and presentations in Japanese and English

• Assist with client meetings and take meeting notes where required

• Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery

• Learn consulting methodologies, frameworks, and business processes on the job

Candidate Profile

• Japanese language proficiency at Business level (JLPT N1)

• English communication skills at working level

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, International Studies, or related disciplines

• 1–3 years of work experience.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a structured environment

• Interest in consulting and working with Japanese corporate clients
