POSITION SUMMARY
A growing food-related company is seeking a Korean–English bilingual Outside Sales Associate to support business expansion in the Washington market.

This role focuses on customer visits, relationship building, product education, and sales growth, serving as the key point of contact for clients in the assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Visit existing and prospective clients to provide product information and sales support

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Manage order entry and updates in internal systems

• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payment collection

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Arrange urgent deliveries when needed

• Participate in weekly sales meetings, inventory counts, and company events

• Safely operate a company vehicle for daily field activities

• Perform additional duties as assigned

   

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Business-level Korean (native-level preferred)

• Business-level English

• Japanese language ability is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Positive attitude and adaptability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• 2+ years of experience in food and/or sales preferred

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of ERP systems (AS400 experience a strong plus)

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. and work on the road for extended periods

   

SALARY  USD 48,000-75,000 (DOE) + Commission

LOCATION  Des Moines, WA

WORK SHEDULE  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
