A high-impact opportunity is available for an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy and execution for a fast-growing, publicly owned startup delivering solutions to established enterprise clients. This role sits at the center of business and product decision-making, driving the long-term direction of multiple SaaS products while working closely with leadership, engineering, and key stakeholders. Ideal for a bilingual product leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about SaaS growth, product profitability, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee product strategy across multiple products, ensuring long-term growth and alignment with business goals.
• Drive product planning and execution using a user-centered approach while balancing business needs and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across engineering, leadership, sales, and customers to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Promote requirement definition and strategic prioritization through strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Stay updated on innovative technology trends such as Generative AI, sharing insights internally to guide future product direction.

• プロダクトオーナー（Agile／Scrum）またはプロダクトマネジメント経験5年以上
• SaaSプロダクト開発企業でのプロダクトマネジメント経験
• 顧客折衝を含む要件定義推進経験（プリセールス／PM／セールスエンジニア等との連携）
• 生成AIなどの革新的技術トレンドへの理解と情報発信経験
• エンジニアリングバックグラウンド、またはUI／UX知識
• 5名以上のマネジメント経験

• リーダーシップと戦略的思考力
• 経営視点を持ち、プロダクト収益にコミットできるビジネス感覚
• 複雑な課題を整理・優先順位付けできる能力
• データとユーザーフィードバックを両立した意思決定力
• 技術チームと建設的に議論できるコミュニケーション力

• 日本語：流暢

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner (Agile/Scrum) and/or in product management leadership roles.
• Strong product management experience within a SaaS product development company.
• Experience driving requirement definition while negotiating with customers and business teams (pre-sales, project managers, sales engineers).
• Experience tracking and leveraging new technologies such as Generative AI and emerging IT trends.
• Engineering background and/or strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience managing and leading an organization of 5+ members.

• Strong leadership and decision-making ability with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Strong business acumen with a clear focus on product growth and profitability.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance analytics and user feedback.
• Curious and proactive personality with the ability to engage in constructive dialogue with engineering teams.
