募集要項
Job Description:
- Read Blueprint to determine Construction Requirement or procedures
- Estimate Material or Worker Requirements
- Activities of construction
- Monitoring of subcontractors to ensure compliance with the Specification and procedures
- Implementation of project policies and procedures
- Ensure All safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility
- Prepares/Reviews reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress and job manpower forecasts
- Selecting Determining material and workers who will be used in the project activities
Requirements:
- Min. D3/S1 Civil Engineering
- Min. 5 years in construction field
- Experience in factory/manufacture/warehouse project
- Experience in Japanese Company (preferably)
- Familiar with AutoCAD and able to read Construction Drawing, can operate MS. Office & MS. Project
- Can speak English
- Good Personality, Good Communication, Good Leadership, Good Analysis, detail oriented & work by deadline
