・運用物件データの整理およびパフォーマンス分析
・バリュエーションおよびシナリオ分析
・財務モデルの構築およびメンテナンス
・各種レポーティング業務

・SPC関連業務サポート

・高い論理的思考力

■ Qualifications

Required

• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills

• Intermediate or above proficiency in Excel

• Strong numerical analysis capability

Preferred

• Analytical experience at financial institutions, asset management firms, or real estate-related companies

• Experience at accounting firms or consulting firms

• Strong interest in real estate investment

• Business-level English proficiency
