Our client specializes in Plastic Packaging/Label business

Position:     Senior Sales (Shrink Sleeve)
Salary:        35,000 – 45,000 THB 
Location:    Bangkok (near BTS)

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth for assigned customers, product lines, and applications.
• Develop new business opportunities and sales pipelines, including identifying potential projects and market segments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and providing both B25pre‑sales technical support and after‑sales service.
• Analyze sales performance, costs, and market/competitor information to support strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate internal and external sales activities to ensure smooth project execution and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales within the packaging industry
• Experience of shrink sleeve packaging, flexible packaging, film materials, or related industries.
• Experience in export sales is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, Independent & Self-driven, service-minded, and result oriented with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score of 500 or above)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Has valid driving license
