Sales Manager – Retail Clients

About the Company

A provider of AI‑powered retail analytics and people‑counting systems, that help organizations improve customer experience and operational efficiency. 

 

Role Overview

Responsible for driving sales and growing business within the retail sector, offering solutions such as in‑store analytics, data, and insight platforms to retail chains and shopping malls. 

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage retail clients (malls, retail chains, specialty stores).
• Conduct sales presentations and demos focused on analytics and customer‑flow insights.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally experience in dealing with retailers / department stores.
• Knowledge of retail operations and data/insight‑driven solutions.
• Existing network within Thailand’s retail industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English
