Job Description:

• Manage and develop relationships with local automotive customers
• Negotiate and manage business development and sales-related activities
• Support and cover assigned sales areas
• Coordinate with Japanese key decision-makers
• Monitor customer demand, forecasts, pricing, and contracts
• Manage customer issues related to quality, delivery, and cost changes 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business or any other related field.
• Understanding automotive supply chains (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) and automotive parts manufacturing processes
• Experienced in dealing with development cycles (SOP, EOL, model changes)
• Strong communication and Coordination skills
• Strong communication in English and Thai
• Able to communicate in Japanese in a business environment (N2 as reference)
• Having negotiation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills
• Having owned a vehicle.
• Able to visit customers in the upcountry (Bangkok and vicinity areas)
