Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in HR, especially in internal staff training and developing HR-related systems.
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above, with the ability to communicate professionally with
staff at the Japan headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage general HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor training and development programs to support employee capability
building and career growth.
• Establish, improve, and manage HR systems covering labor relations, recruitment processes, and
on-the-job training (OJT) frameworks.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to drive organizational improvements, enhance workplace
culture, and increase operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to modernize HR functions through systemization and digital transformation.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Support talent development strategies and succession planning to align with long-term business goals.
