About the Role

Your main responsibility is to support the company in expanding Group Insurance consulting services to Japanese clients, particularly those in the manufacturing sector.
This role requires excellent Japanese communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients

• Introduce and present Group Insurance solutions and consulting services

• Identify business opportunities and support client acquisition

• Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and insurance partners to deliver solutions

Candidate Qualifications

• JLPT N1 or near-native Japanese proficiency

• Experience in Business Development, HR solutions, or B2B Sales

• Background working with manufacturing clients is highly preferred

• Experience in insurance (especially Group Insurance) is a major advantage

• Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills

• Service-minded, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
