主な業務内容

・3PLパートナーの統括およびパフォーマンス管理
・倉庫 配送 輸送を含む物流オペレーション全体の設計 改善
・国内外輸送スキームの最適化とコストコントロール
・日本の輸入規制および国際貿易コンプライアンスの遵守管理
・営業 購買部門と連携した需要予測および在庫最適化
・グローバル本社へのレポーティングおよび戦略連携
・B2B 小売 と DTC EC 両チャネルを含む複雑な物流管理

Senior Program Manager Supply Chain

Job Description

This role leads the end to end supply chain strategy and operations for the Japan market within a rapidly growing global lifestyle brand.
You will work cross functionally to ensure stable supply cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

・Manage and govern 3PL partners to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
・Oversee warehousing distribution and transportation operations
・Develop and optimize domestic and international transportation strategies
・Ensure full compliance with Japanese import regulations and global trade requirements
・Collaborate with Sales and Procurement on demand planning and inventory optimization
・Report supply chain performance to global stakeholders
・Manage complex logistics across B2B retail and DTC ecommerce channels

応募資格

・サプライチェーンまたは物流領域での実務経験
・英語での業務コミュニケーションが可能な方
・日本語で円滑に社内外と調整ができる方
・大学卒業以上
・日本での就労資格をお持ちの方

歓迎スキル等

・サプライチェーン領域でのリーダーまたはマネジメント経験
・3PLや物流ベンダーとの契約交渉や改善経験
・WMS ERPなど業務システムへの理解 SAP Oracle経験歓迎
・スピード感のある環境で主体的に意思決定できる方
・部門を横断して信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション力

Requirements

・Experience in supply chain or logistics related roles
・Business level English communication skills
・Native level Japanese for internal and external coordination
・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Valid work authorization in Japan

Preferred Qualifications

・Leadership or management experience in supply chain operations
・Experience negotiating with logistics providers and 3PL partners
・Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems SAP or Oracle preferred
・Proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast paced environment
・Strong cross functional communication and stakeholder management skills
