• 製品の品質に関する問い合わせ対応、および正確な記録の保持
• SOP（標準作業手順書）の作成や製品仕様の変更管理
• 不具合の根本原因調査、問題解決および改善活動（製造拠点と連携）
• スタッフのリード、指導育成・メンタリング
• 業務プロセスの見直し、効率化の提案・実行

A globally renowned science company is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee product quality, lead a small QA team, and enhance operational efficiency. This role is key to ensuring compliance, process excellence, and issue resolution for high-tech scientific products used in pharma and healthcare research. • Respond to quality-related inquiries and maintain accurate data records
• Create SOPs and manage specification change control documentation
• Identify root causes of product issues and coordinate solutions with factories
• Lead and mentor the QA team, including training and performance coaching
• Continuously improve internal QA processes and introduce operational efficiencies

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 理系の学位（化学・工学など）
• 製造、品質保証、または研究開発の実務経験3年以上
• 技術製品の使用データや仕様に関する理解
• 日本語での文書読解・交渉スキル（ネイティブレベル）

• チームを導き、育てるリーダーシップ
• 不具合の原因を深掘りする分析力と問題解決力
• 顧客や製造チームと連携できるコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（文書の読解や交渉ができるレベル）
• 英語：初級（マニュアルの読解や簡単な英文メール対応など）

• 理系分野の修士号歓迎
• 研究機器や試薬関連製品に関連する経験
• SAP、Salesforceなどの業務ソフト使用経験
• ビジネス英語ができれば尚可

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or other science-related fields
• 3+ years' experience in manufacturing, R&D, or quality assurance
• Understanding of how technical/scientific products are used in the field
• Strong documentation and compliance knowledge in Japanese

• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Skilled in root cause analysis and process troubleshooting
• Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders

• Japanese: Native
• English: Basic (able to read manuals and write simple emails)

• Master's degree in a science discipline
• Experience with lab instruments or reagent manufacturing
• Working knowledge of business English, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus
