• 顧客を訪問し、コンサルティング営業活動を通じて新規プロジェクトを獲得すること
• 主要顧客との関係維持・強化
• 顧客課題の見極め・掘り下げ、要件の分析
• 新規プロジェクトに向けた技術提案（ソリューション提案）
• セミナー、ウェビナー、展示会からの問合せ対応
• 営業価格の交渉および決定
• その他製薬・ライフサイエンス領域での営業活動を通じ、医学の発展に貢献すること

Join a global science and technology leader as an Account Specialist, helping pharmaceutical companies advance drug discovery and bring innovative medicines to life. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, identify scientific and technical needs, propose solutions, and drive new project acquisition. You will play a key part in supporting the development of life-changing therapies while working with cutting-edge products used across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

• Visit customers to conduct consulting-based sales and secure new projects.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Identify customer issues, challenges, and needs through discussions and analysis.
• Deliver technical proposals for new customer projects.
• Respond to inquiries from seminars, webinars, and trade shows.
• Negotiate and determine sales pricing based on customer and market needs.
• Support sales activities that contribute to advancing medicine and scientific innovation.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 営業経験（業界不問）
• 理系の学位（生物学、化学など歓迎）
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：基本的な読み書きが可能

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力・交渉力

• Sales experience, ideally in scientific, technical, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology).
• Fluent Japanese with basic English reading/writing capabilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to proactively approach and engage customers.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Basic reading and writing.

• Experience selling to life science or pharmaceutical customers.
• Experience presenting technical or scientific concepts to customers.
• Familiarity with laboratory workflows or scientific equipment.
