Position:   Sales Manager (Agricultural Industry)

Salary:       70,000 – 100,000THB +/- (Negotiable) 

Location:   Bangkok

Our client is big brand Project Consultant for Agricultural Industry, 

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Sales Strategy and Performance Management

• Target Setting: Develop and execute quarterly and annual strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability in the assigned territory.

• Market Analysis: Analyze market data, planting seasons, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Key Account and Relationship Management

• Existing network and contacts within the agricultural industry. 

• Direct farm sales or working within the agricultural community

• Invite farmers to join the company project

• Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive product expertise across the company’s agricultural portfolio.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy, Crop Science, Animal Science, or a related agricultural field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role specifically within the Agricultural Industry.

• Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
