Job Title: Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement – Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized consultation.
• Product Presentation – Explain vehicle models, features, and options clearly and professionally.
• Sales Process Management – Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.
• Relationship Building – Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Market Knowledge – Stay updated on automotive products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• After-Sales Support – Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
• Reporting – Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems accurately.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1–3 years in sales, preferably in automotive or luxury products.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Thai.
• Ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
• Negotiation, closing techniques, and target-driven mindset.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
