Join a multinational fintech company as a Network Engineer driving the design, development, and enhancement of large-scale network infrastructures. In this role, you will engage in network architecture, product selection, and innovation projects, ensuring reliability and scalability for cutting-edge fintech services. • Improve and optimize existing network environments to enhance performance and stability.
• Research and evaluate emerging network technologies and apply findings to production systems.
• Manage infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Design and develop new data center and service networks.
• Provide team leadership as a team leader or assistant leader, mentoring junior engineers.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ネットワーク設計・運用経験3年〜（目安）
• 100ノード以上のネットワーク設計経験
• ファイアウォール・ロードバランサーの運用経験
• データセンター全体のネットワーク設計経験
• CISCO製品およびその他主要ネットワーク機器の運用・設計経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験

• チームリーダー経験、またはその素質
• 新しい技術やサービスに対する好奇心
• 学び続ける姿勢、向学心

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（クライアント・社内対応に必須）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（海外エンジニアチームとの協働に必要）

• フィンテック分野やネットワークセキュリティ技術の知識
• グローバルな環境で仕事を進めるコラボレーション能力、対応力

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in network design and operations.
• Practical experience managing networks with over 100 nodes.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, load balancers, and data center networking.
• Solid technical expertise in Cisco and other major network systems.
• Project management experience in infrastructure development.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for emerging technologies and self-driven learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.

• Japanese: Fluent (required for internal and client communication).
• English: Fluent (for cross-border collaboration).

• Proven team-leading or assistant leadership experience.
• Knowledge of fintech services and network security trends.
• Curiosity and adaptability in exploring new technologies and solutions.
