• 日系大手企業のリレーションシップマネジメント
• 融資、トランザクションバンキング、キャピタルマーケットなど複数商品のオリジネーション・エクセキューション
• APAC/リージョンのプロダクトチームとの連携（統合ソリューションの提案）
• 収益拡大、顧客エンゲージメント向上につながるような戦略的アカウントマネジメント計画の立案
• ポートフォリオパフォーマンス、信用リスク、ガバナンスのモニタリング
• 顧客の意思決定層向けのプレゼンや交渉のリード

Join a leading global corporate and investment bank as a Senior Relationship Manager, managing relationships with some of Japan's largest corporates. In this front-office leadership position, you will drive client origination, relationship strategy, and cross-border collaboration across corporate and investment banking products. The role offers the opportunity to influence strategic client development while working closely with global teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

• Manage and expand key relationships with Japan's largest corporate clients.
• Originate and execute complex financial transactions, including lending, transaction banking, and capital markets products.
• Collaborate with regional and global product partners to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen client engagement and revenue growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit exposure, and risk metrics.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations at senior management levels.
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to overall team capability and development.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コーポレートバンキング、または投資銀行の経験15年以上
• 大手日本企業を担当した経験
• マルチプロダクトの法人営業（オリジネーション・エグゼキューション）実績
• 融資、トランザクションバンキング、金融市場、資本市場の専門知識
• クレジット/リスク管理/ガバナンスフレームワークの知見

• シニアステークホルダーと信頼関係を築ける専門性、分析力、コミュニケーション能力
• リージョンやグローバルチームと協働できること
• 戦略的思考能力
• インテグリティ、責任感

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（顧客折衝および文書作成に必須）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（海外拠点との連携に必要）

• クロスボーダーのリレーションシップマネジメント経験
• ストラクチャードファイナンスまたはキャピタルマーケット商品の知識
• 大手日本企業の経営層とのネットワーク・人脈

• Minimum 15 years' experience in corporate or investment banking, with strong exposure to major Japanese corporates.
• Proven success in origination, execution, and relationship management for multi-product corporate banking clients.

• Broad knowledge of lending, transaction banking, financial markets, and capital markets.
• Strong understanding of credit, risk management, and governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
• Collaborative mindset and strategic thinking ability.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency (required for client engagement and documentation).
• English: Business-level proficiency (for cross-border collaboration).

• Experience managing cross-border client relationships in a global banking platform.
• Familiarity with structured finance and capital markets products.
• Established network among senior executives of major Japanese corporations.
