• ビジネスシステムプラットフォームの運用・トラブルシューティングのサポート
• クリティカルインシデントの管理（エスカレーション、フォローアップ、クローズ、ドキュメント作成）
• 社内SMEや外部ベンダーとの調整・連携
• 業務改善やスキル開発を含む運用効率化の支援
• シフト制でのサービスレベル合意（SLA）に基づくリクエスト対応

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in infrastructure operations, ensuring smooth business system performance and operational efficiency. • Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of the business system platform.
• Manage critical incidents, ensuring proper escalation, follow-up, closure, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external vendors for issue resolution.
• Drive operational efficiency, including process improvement and skill development initiatives.
• Respond to service requests according to service level agreements in a rotational shift system.

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：会話レベル（国際的なチームでの協働に必要）

• ネットワークやインフラ技術に関する知識または実務経験
• インシデント管理ツールやITILプロセスの理解

• Experience in supporting business applications and/or systems operations/administration.

• Japanese: Fluent (required for internal communication and incident management).
• English: Conversational level (for cross-functional collaboration).

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Capability to work in a rotational shift schedule.

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in network or infrastructure technologies.
• Familiarity with incident management tools and ITIL processes.
