【직무 개요】
- Possibly responsible for marketing and execution of wholesale banking products (including structured, complexed type of finance) with large sized company.
- Helps and shares knowledge of banking product, gives guidance and training to less experienced members in same group.
【업무 내용】
- Business Development and Promotion under the direction of Group Head
- Makes plan and strategies on budget achievement in close communications with Group Head
- Maintains budget progress report up to dated and adjusts strategies if needed, on time (Monthly meeting etc.)
- Originates deal and cooperates with different overseas offices, HQ dept., product dept., and other related dept.
- Promotes banking product with use of SMFG global networks
- Develops new products in cooperation with relevant departments and/or other overseas branches (revenue diversification in active) if required
- Promotes non-credit business such as business matching, provision of market information, and public seminar etc. in cooperation with affiliate companies of SMFG
- Plays the communication role between the bank (SMBC global) and client
- Transaction Execution and Management
- Performs CDD(KYC) for existing and new clients
- Monitors credit exposure, risk asset, etc.
- Completes all necessary credit management procedures, including due diligence, credit application, documentation, credit monitoring, and portfolio risk reviews
- Communicates and reports to relevant departments for execution and management
- Manages client portfolio, including their overseas substitutes or affiliates, by coordinating new transaction, rollover, secondary sale, or purchase, etc.
- Completes each transactions, such as Term loans, FRNs, Trade Finance, Structured Finance, Deposit, FX, Swap
- etc., in cooperation with relevant departments such as GTFD, DCMD or other overseas branches
- Updates and reports deal pipeline for each transaction
【지원 요건】
- 학사 학위 이상
- 2년 이상의 금융업계 관련 경력
- 일본어 가능자 (일본 유학 경험자 우대)
【우대 요건】
- 경제학, 경영학, 금융학 등 관련 학위 소지자
- 상업은행 업무 경험자
- 영어 가능자
