• クライアント（金融機関）のニーズに応じて、適切な業界専門家のリサーチおよびコンタクトを行う
• クライアントと専門家とのミーティングをアレンジし、円滑なコミュニケーションを促進
• 業界専門家との信頼関係・ネットワークを築き、長期的なパートナーシップを維持すること
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、迅速かつ効率的に成果を創出すること
• クライアントに対して最適なソリューションを提案し、高品質なサービスを提供すること

• Identify and contact relevant industry experts to match specific client needs

• Coordinate and schedule consultations between clients and experts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Deliver excellent service and tailored solutions to support clients effectively

必須条件経験・スキル：

• 優れた学歴
• または、営業・リサーチ・コンサルティング・カスタマーサポートなどの実務経験

• プロジェクトの管理遂行能力
• ステークホルダーマネジメント・スキル
• 論理的思考能力、ソリューション志向
• 優れたコミュニケ―ション能力（特に電話）

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• クライアントサービスやプロジェクトコーディネーションの経験
• 様々な業界知識を素早く吸収し、クライアントニーズに柔軟に対応できる方

• クライアントや各業界の専門家とのやりとりを通じて、多様な分野について学ぶことができます
• コミュニケーション・交渉・プロジェクト管理スキルなど、長期的に役立つスキルを習得できます
• 海外の同僚・ステークホルダーと日常的にやりとりがあるので、英語力・国際的なビジネススキルを磨けます

• Strong academic background or experience in sales, research, consulting, or customer support

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Ability to manage projects and engage stakeholders effectively

• Strong logical thinking and solution-oriented mindset

• Results-driven and able to perform under pressure

• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone

• Japanese: Fluent

• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience in client service, project coordination, or a similar role

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different industries and client needs

• Gain exposure to diverse industries and build transferable skills in communication, negotiation, and project management
