Join a global technology and e-commerce leader as an HRIS Integration & Analytics Specialist, helping to design and implement Workday integrations and custom Extend applications to optimize HR operations worldwide. In this key role, you will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to build scalable HR technology solutions, enhance system efficiency, and drive data-driven HR strategies across the organization.

• Support and enhance HR system processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain custom HR applications and integrations using Workday Extend
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Maintain documentation and governance standards for HR system integrations
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to support collective growth

必須条件 経験・資格：

• システム、システム統合、またはアプリケーション開発の基礎知識、または関連実務経験
• データ統合の基本概念（マッピング、ワークフローデザイン、エラーハンドリングなど）がわかること
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）およびSaaSソリューションに関する基本的な知識
• REST / SOAP API、XML、JSONなど、データ統合に関連する技術的な基礎知識
• システムプロセスの最適化やトラブルシューティングを行うための論理的思考力・分析力
• ビジネス要件を明確な技術ソリューションに変換できること

• 論理的思考力、問題解決能力
• 主体的に仕事に取り組む姿勢、わからないことを学ぶ意欲
• HR、IT、ベンダーなど多様なステークホルダーと効果的に協働できるコミュニケーション力

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in system integration or application development
• Understanding of data integration concepts, mapping, workflow design, and error handling
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and SaaS solutions

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON for data integration
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize system processes

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Proactive, self-driven attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Exposure to Workday Extend or advanced HR technology platforms
• Experience in global or multicultural work environments
