OVERVIEW
The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

HRBP Staff (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)

Position:           HRBP Staff 

Location:          Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok

Business:          Manufacturing

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Handle HRBP all loops.
• Strategic HR Partnership, lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management, employee retention, and organizational transformation to foster sustainable growth and a high-performance culture.
• HR Operations, Performance & Development
• Ensure employee records and HRIS system are accurate and consistently updated.
• Design and oversee a fair and transparent performance management system.
• Implement succession planning and career development frameworks, and provide guidance on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs, including role-specific training initiatives.
• Manage compensation-related processes such as merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and payroll.
• Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• This position, salary around 30,000 - 35,000 THB + Bonus
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 3 years’ experience in HR at Manufacturing business will be advantage
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.

• Able to work under pressure and different culture. 

• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.

Able to travel to work in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
