• 日本のオペレーション部門の統括（トレードサポート、決済、清算、マージン、顧客口座サービス）

Join a leading global online brokerage firm as the Head of Operations in Japan. Specializing in U.S. equities and equity options, this senior leadership role oversees critical operational functions that support both retail and institutional clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, ensuring compliance with Japanese regulations, and driving business growth. This role also offers a clear pathway to step up as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the future.

• Lead and manage the Operations function in Japan, covering trade support, settlements, clearing, margin, and client account services.
• Oversee operational risk, controls, and process improvements, ensuring compliance with both global standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficiency and scalability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Partner with front office, compliance, risk management, and global operations teams to deliver excellent client service.
• Act as a senior point of contact for regulators, exchanges, and external vendors in Japan.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to support business expansion.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 証券会社・ブローカレッジ・投資銀行におけるオペレーション経験10年以上
• チームリードやプロセス改善、規制当局対応の実績
• 日本の金融規制やオペレーション実務に関する専門知識

• リーダーシップ
• 優れたコミュニケーション力
• ステークホルダーマネジメント
• 海外チームと上手に協働できること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル以上

Experience:

• 10+ years in operations within securities, brokerage, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of leading teams, driving process improvement, and managing regulatory engagement.
• Deep understanding of Japanese financial regulations and operational practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across global functions.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Prior experience working in global brokerage operations leadership.
• Strategic mindset with ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
