A global luxury retail group is seeking a Legal Counsel, Retail to provide comprehensive legal and contract support across its business units. This role will focus on commercial contracts, regulatory advisory, and governance, ensuring the company's retail and corporate operations remain compliant and efficient. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders and influence decision-making within a globally recognized brand.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across retail and corporate functions.
• Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory developments impacting the business.
• Provide legal guidance to stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve disputes.
• Support risk assessments from a legal perspective to enable informed business decisions.
• Enhance contract management workflows to drive efficiency and governance.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大手法律事務所、または企業法務部における法務経験5年以上
• 法学の学位
• 契約法・企業法務に関する知識
• プレゼン・スキル

• 対人スキル、ステークホルダーマネジメント
• プロジェクトマネジメント、チェンジマネジメント
• 問題解決力、分析力、判断力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 弁護士資格があれば尚可
• ラグジュアリや小売、その他消費者向けのビジネス／業界での法務経験歓迎
• 国際的な環境や多文化環境での業務経験
• デジタルプラットフォームを活用した法務トレーニングの作成・実施経験
• 契約管理システムや電子契約ツールの知識

• 5+ years of legal practice in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.

• Bachelor's degree in Law; admission to the bar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate legal matters.
• Prior experience in luxury retail or consumer-focused industries is advantageous.

• Japanese: Fluent proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
• Ability to develop and deliver legal training using digital platforms.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and governance tools.
