日本国内のホテルパートナーに対して、決済およびシステム統合プロジェクトのエンドツーエンド実装をリード。オンボーディングから稼働後サポートまで幅広く関与し、国際チームと連携しながら、テクノロジーとホスピタリティの両面でキャリアを築けるポジションです。

• 提携先ホテルのホスピタリティ決済・システム統合プロジェクト（エンドツーエンドで実装をリード）
• 提携先ホテルに対するオンボーディング支援・導入後のサポートの窓口対応
• グローバルチーム（営業、プロダクト、IT／テック等）と連携し、go-liveを成功に導くこと
• 提携先のためのプロダクトや技術情報の翻訳（英→日）や現場サポート（適宜）
• プロジェクト進行のスケジュール管理、技術的課題対応、プロセス改善の推進
  

A global fintech and traveltech leader is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support hotel partners across Japan. You will manage end-to-end integration projects for hospitality payments and systems, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term client success. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international teams while building expertise in both technology and hospitality.

• Manage end-to-end implementation of hospitality payment and system integration projects
• Act as the primary contact for local hotel clients during onboarding and post-sale setup
• Coordinate with global stakeholders in sales, product, and technology to ensure successful go-lives
• Translate product and technical updates for Japanese clients, providing on-site support when required
• Track project timelines, resolve technical escalations, and contribute to process improvements

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 関連分野の学士号以上
• ホスピタリティテック、トラベルテック、決済関連の実務経験2-5年以上
• 外部クライアントのためのソフトウェア導入や実装プロジェクトのマネジメント経験

• 複数案件を同時に管理できること
• 優れた調整力
• 時差のあるグローバル環境でプロジェクトを効率的に進められること

• 日本語：流暢（顧客対応のため必須）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（TOEIC 800点以上相当歓迎）

• ホスピタリティテック、トラベルテック、決済サービス等でホテル業界の顧客をサポートした経験
• 大規模ホテルプラットフォームやエンタープライズシステムに関する知識

• 2-5+ years in hospitality tech, traveltech, or payments, ideally supporting hotels

• Experience managing software rollouts or implementation projects with external clients

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, coordinate effectively, and work across global time zones

• Japanese: Fluent/native with excellent verbal and written communication
• English: Business-level (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent preferred)

• Strong coordination, follow-through, and independence in managing client projects
• Familiarity with large-scale hospitality platforms and enterprise systems
